Returns and replacements
We take great pride in the quality of our work and the care with which it is packaged. However, we understand that sometimes manufacturing errors occur or the journey to your door can be a rough one.
Because each art piece is a limited-edition object, we do not offer refunds. The following conditions apply for defects or damage:
Manufacturing Defects
If you notice a structural or manufacturing defect—please contact us immediately. We can arrange for a replacement 1-for-1 of the same item in the same format ordered, correcting any manufacturing errors to ensure it meets our standards.
To maintain the limited-edition integrity, production on the replacement item will not start until the defective item is returned and destroyed.
Damage During Transit
If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide a replacement of the original order. To maintain the integrity of our limited editions, we do not offer refunds, only 1-for-1 replacements for items damaged in transit and reported according to the procedures below.
Procedures:
- You must report the defect or damage within 24 hours of the original delivery, by emailing joewehry@gmail.com
- Include your order number
- Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
- Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for the return of the damaged piece.
- Once the damaged item is received, it will be destroyed and we will begin preparing your replacement. This maintains the integrity of the limited edition piece.
- The above only applies to items received defective or damaged in transit and reported within 24 hours of delivery. Items damaged after receipt will not be replaced. If you are ordering the item as a gift, open your order immediately upon original delivery to verify the contents before giving as a gift. The 24 hour limit applies to the original delivery date, not when an item is given later as a gift.
Edition Integrity
Upon receipt of the damaged item, it will be officially decommissioned and destroyed to ensure the limited edition count remains accurate and your investment in the limited edition is preserved.
