Tomas at CCCP

Tomas at CCCP was made inside Berlin's CCCP bar in der Mitte — a space of blood-red interiors, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and irreverent Soviet-era decor that feels like a fever dream of Cold War nostalgia.

Tomas is mostly out of frame; what enters the composition is a single relaxed arm resting on a red padded chair, emerging from the shadows as if Michelangelo had stopped by for a drink. The fragment is enough. In a room this theatrical, restraint becomes its own kind of statement.
